Freight Receiver (Site Store Attendant)
Terms of Employment: Temporary, Full Time, Overtime, Day
Salary: $19.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Forklift Operator Certification
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Setting: Freight forwarding company, Trucking company, Industrial facility, Warehouse
Business Equipment and Computer Applications: Windows, General office equipment, Electronic mail, Word processing software, Spreadsheet software, Database software, Inventory control software, Internet browser
Type of Equipment: Pallet lifters, Lift trucks and fork-lifts, Dollies and hand trucks
Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Type of Operation: Computerized inventory control, Handling of hazardous goods
Specific Skills: Determine method of shipment, Schedule distribution of goods, Prepare bills of lading, invoices and other shipping documents, Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, Maintain internal record-keeping system, Record shortages and discard damaged goods, Route goods to appropriate storage areas, Pack goods to be shipped, Unpack goods received, Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments, Oversee loading and unloading of goods
