Regional Sales Manager - Cape Town, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time. Cultural Care Au Pair is looking for a sales-driven and goal-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join the sales team in Cape Town.

The role: As a Regional Sales Manager you are the main point of contact for au-pairs from the moment they enquire about our program until they have completed their au-pair application. This is a true hands-on opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual with excellent skills in sales. The position requires you to be self-motivated with a strong ability to organize and structure your tasks, knowing what to prioritize and when. Daily routines include, among other things: Sales activities, incoming calls, telesales, screening of candidates, visiting info centers and schools. You are a strong communicator who loves to present in front of an audience.

Key responsibilities: Full ownership of sales in your region & ensure sales targets are met. Hire, train & supervise a team of Meeting Leaders. Visist fairs, universities, & other events. Provide excellent customer service & support to all client queries. Screen applications & coach candidates through the application process

The successful candidate: Strong passion for sales. High level of personal motivation and autonomy – a real “self-starter”. Positive and passionate person. Be a strong team player. Detail oriented, proactive. Ideally previous au pair experience or has studied/worked abroad for some time. Able to meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications: Full proficiency in English & Afrikaans. 3-4 years tertiary qualification. 2-3 years of sales experience. Previous management experience. Sales oriented and competitive attitude. Organizing skills & attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Own a car and in possession of a valid South African driver’s license. Knowledge of MS office (Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint), Windows & general comfort with technology.

Contract Type: Permanent Position, subject to 3-month probation. Working hours Mo-Fr: 9 am – 6 pm and occasional Saturday work.
