Educational Requirements: B-Tech Business Administration or B-Tech Management Financial Accounting. 5 years full payroll processing. Basic knowledge/experience in project management/CBS. Computer literacy skills at an advanced level. Prepare monthly payrolls and processing earnings and all deductions, Audit payroll and check various reports e.g. net pay etc, Update payrolls. Process electronic transfers of all net salaries, Processing and distribution of costing for all the staff payrolls. Compile reconciliations. External and Legislative Payments: Payment of provident funds, medical aid, workmen's compensation, PAYE, UIF, SDL via e-filing. Compile third parties payment lists. Preparation of journals (Bank accounts, and adjustments monthly). Prepare emails for month-end deduction schedules, Handle queries such as online, walk-ins, phone or e-mails. Quarterly statistic report to SA statistics, cash-flow forecast and ADHOC reports as and when required.
