Are you a Test Manager looking to join a Software Company who are expanding their team due to business growth?

Role:

An experience QA Manager is required to be involved in QA of software releases and any application changes from the Production Support Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Management:

    * · Day to Day Management of testing activities, allocating tasks and tracking progress.
    * · Provision of release approval of the project
    * · Weekly reporting of measures of software quality to the PM/QA Manager
    * · Escalating any risks/issues to the PM to resolve
    * · Review and sign off of Test plans

People Management:

    * · Recruitment of Test Team Members
    * · Training of new team members
    * · Mentoring and career development of team members

Key Skills required:

    * · Experience working as Test Manager
    * · Experienced in test analysis and design
    * · Experienced with working with different software development methodologies
