Good Day, I'm looking for office help that can start immediately/tomorrow. Looking for a passionate and outgoing receptionist/Secretary lady that can start immediately. Work hours Saturday to Thursday 9am to 7pm. A receptionist is required office in a retail environment; maintaining the store records, coordinating and supervising in-store events/activities, learning, and most importantly, building relationships with new clients

We Require: Fluency in English. Professional or personal experience as a receptionist/Secretary is a must for office duties. Outgoing and enthusiastic personality. Great attitude to tackling new tasks and learning new skills.

Tasks and Duties: Receive and distributes incoming mail and deals with routine queries. Manage office supplies and petty cash. Perform other duties that may be assigned by the Management. Greets customers, in person or on the telephone Arranging courier deliveries and pick-ups Reporting directly to the Managing Director. Facilitate incoming and outgoing mails. Responsible in answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls. Develop and maintain filing system to facilitate data storage. Responsible for processing documents. Arrange and confirm appointments.
