Head office of Group of Companies in Stellenbosch has the following position available: Kitchen Manager, Salary: R 10 000 to R 18 000 per month cost to company (depending on qualifications and experience)

Duties will include (but not limited to): Stock control Quality control, Hygiene control, Food cost, Waste control, Staff roster, Upheld company standards, ensure compliance to all relevant legislation, policies, procedures and controls

Requirements: Have previous experience as a kitchen manager, Be computer literate, Able to start immediately or within 2 weeks, Have own reliable transport, Be fluent in Afrikaans and English.
