Description Job Details: A well renowned Furniture & Home Decor Company based in UAE is looking for Retail Showroom Supervisor/Manager.

Requirements: 5-6 years of Store Supervisor experience in Retail Industry in UAE. Any Graduate or Degree Holder. Good communication in English. Arabic language is an advantage. Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. Highly motivated, positive thinker and achiever. Well-presented and business-like. Keen for new experience, responsibility and accountability.

Job Responsibility: Supervise all sales and marketing activities in the showroom retailing home furniture and decor items in order to meet the sales targets and secure growth and profitability in compliance with the company business plan.

Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems for his/her showroom in order and issue timely management and statistical reports. Supervise cash and payment systems in accordance with company procedures and policies, at all times with staff and customer safety as the uppermost priority.

Plan and implement store merchandising, layout and customer traffic flow so as to maximize sales, customer satisfaction, appearance, image and ergonomics for customers.

Supervise selling and customer service activities and staff competence in these areas, so as to optimize and sustain sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction. Act in alignment to the organizations culture, products, image and target market Job Type: Full-time
