Job Description
Food Sales Representative
Our distribution company provides a full line of specialty and unique food products to the retail, food service and wholesale markets.
Currently we are seeking a dynamic, positive and self-motivated sales representative to look after specific regions.   The perfect candidate would sell our product lines into new accounts and service our existing customer base.    
• You will increase sales to new accounts and take over the servicing of existing accounts 
• Provide customer service and product placement and merchandising support to new and existing customers 
• Monitor customer inventory levels and restocking needs 
• Product promotion at promotion in-store demonstrations and trade shows 
• Solid knowledge and understanding of customer needs and our products that would match their needs 
• Provide daily customer reporting 
• Effective and organized customer coverage planning and travel time between calls to ensure efficiency
Candidate must have valid driver\'s license with a good knowledge of the Lower Mainland areas. We are seeking someone with a positive attitude, a self-starter with proven time management and organizational skills. Proven sales success and customer service are required.  As you will be working independently you must have strong communication skills – verbal and written.
Compensation: Base + Commission
