Greenhouse Supervisor
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Weekend, Day, Evening
Salary: $15.50 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Skill Requirements:
Education: Some high school
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not required
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Area of Specialization: Nursery or greenhouse
Machinery and Equipment: Small engine equipment
Specific Skills: Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers, Establish work schedules and procedures, Resolve work related problems, Train workers, Requisition supplies and materials
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Ability to distinguish between colours, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Large workload
Transportation/Travel Information: Vehicle supplied by employer
Ability to Supervise: 10 people or less

Other Information:May perform same duties as workers supervised. Job location: 11312 RR 63 Cypress County, AB. Subject to wage increase, bonus and incentives.
