Job Opening for Business Development Executive, City: Sharjah. We have an opening for the below mentioned position with our company, Shan Global Technical Services LLC – Construction Labor Supply Division in Sharjah.

Job Details: Company Industry : Construction – Manpower Supply. Work Hours : 08.30 am to 06.00 pm [Sunday to Thursday]

Preferred Candidate: Career Level : Mid-Level. Years of Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Sales/Business Development in Construction, Building Material or Manpower Supply Background. Degree/Diploma: Bachelors. Driving License: UAE License. Nationality : Indian/ Egyptian

Required Skills: Excellent Communication Skills. Ability to handle stress that may evolve due to constant target pressures and collections follow-ups.

Responsibilities: Outdoor Marketing, Visiting the Clients, fixing appointments and finalizing orders. Prepare database for the site and office visits along with the project details. Make reports and presentations of the Sales Plans. Coordinate with the clients and the site engineers and liaise with operation to ensure issues are resolved. Making contract with the Clients with proper documentations. Ensure renewal of contracts with the existing clients. Payment follow-up for the existing receivables and resolve if any dispute in the invoice. Other responsibilities shall be assigned based on the situation
