We are currently seeking for an Operation & Catering Manager - Abu Dhabi for a leading diet and catering company.

Strong leadership and motivating skills including the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff. The ability to think quickly, work in stressful circumstances and stay calm in a crisis. Financial, budgeting and stock-taking skills. Knowledge of food, food hygiene (including HACCP) and food preparation
Qualifications & Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in a managerial role. Preferred Qualifications: Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends. Operational experience in a hotel/leading catering companies/ healthy food centers
Education: Bachelor’s degree in dietetics, food and nutrition, food service systems management, clinical nutrition, or a related area.
