Requirements for the position: Grade 12 / Senior Certificate, Between ages of 19 to 25, Reside in Stellenbosch or immediate surroundings, Computer Literate, Excellent verbal and communication skills, Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English), Own reliable transport, Customer service and sales experience essential

Duties will include: Welcome and assist visitors, Supply customers with general information regarding services and products, Sell products to customers, Assist with adhoc customer account payments, Escalate customer support queries to helpdesk agents
