Check the exact requirements of client and explain to estimators for making quotation. Negotiate and finalize with clients. Ensure payment from customers through him. Co-ordinate with production before committing delivery time. Co-ordinate with Estimation/Finance before committing price. Follow up with production for timely delivery. Ensure that the product pass quality checking before delivery. Site visit and supervision. Check the complaints if any from customer and refer genuine complaints to Operation Manager. Supervise packing and delivery of goods if any ordered for export. Prepare Operations and Commercial Documents such as Methods of Statements, Risk Assessments, Technical Data Sheets, Warranty Certificates, Work Permits, Passes, and Operational Manuals of their particular projects. Know how to use AutoCAD will be preferable. Any other duties assigned by Management. Should have minimum 3 years experience in glass industry having knowledge of decorative and architectural glass.
