Location, Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape, Advertised By Agency, Job Type Full-Time. My client from an FMCG concern is seeking a Payroll / Remuneration Specialist to join their team based in Port Elizabeth.
Requirements: Diploma in Human Resources Management, Qualification in Financial Management or Chartered Accounting would be advantageous. Human Resources Management experience including payroll administration with a large Multi-National Company. 3 years’ experience as a Payroll Administrator. SAP payroll experience essential. 5 years’ experience in managing Expat mobility and remuneration administration. Extensive experience in retirement and medical schemes and remuneration taxation issues.
Responsibility Purpose: To coordinate the management and review of Remuneration and Benefits, the administration of annual incentives, the administration of Retirement and medical aid funding. Manage mobility related to international foreign expatriates, including pack build up methodology, taxation and work permit issues. Payment of company executives.
KPI’s: Payroll Management. Benefit and Fund Management. Management Reporting
