Well know night club/bars seeking to employee security guards with at least 1 year's working experience. Must be fluent in English, South African citizen and have a passion for safety of our clients and employees employed by the business. The successful candidate will be required to work shifts and weekends and to be able to work under pressure.

The successful candidate must meet the following criteria: High School Diplomacy or correspondent. Must be of minimum 21 years of age. Should be capable to understand (read), write and speak English. Ought to be proficient to effort independently. Capable to remain on feet for extended periods of time. Outstanding people skill. Should gather grooming values. Extraordinary skill to handle the circumstances and formulate quick judgments. Well-built headed with the capability to preserve the regulation and cool atmosphere. Act in response to crisis situations as expressed by police. Expert in report writing and verbal communication. Extremely well-dressed and interpersonal proficiency. Clean criminal verification.

Responsibility Key Areas of Responsibility: Patrol premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure. Security of doors, windows and gates. Answer alarms and investigate disturbances. Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises. Write reports of daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences. Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons. Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property. Answer telephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provide information during non-business hours. Warn persons of rule infractions or violations, and apprehend or evict violators from premises, using force when necessary. Operate detecting devices to screen individuals and prevent passage of prohibited articles into restricted areas. Inspect and adjust security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure operational use and to detect evidence of tampering. Salary would be discussed during interview depending on experience.
