We have a vacancy for a construction forman in high end residential housing. Must have a minimum of 10 years experience in high end residential construction! Must have a drivers licence. Must be computer literate and able to compile project reports, wage sheets, electronic plan interpretation and other site admin. Must have basic knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Standards. Must be of sober habits with high work ethics. Must be able to work on Saturdays. (Please note: This vacancy is NOT for someone to manage sub-contractors! Candidates must be able to physically manage artisans such as bricklayers, plasterers, painters, general labor etc.)
