Description: Candidate must have knowledge of Auto Cad, Photo Shop, Sketch Up, V-Ray, Lumion etc. Developing and examining options with the management and stakeholders through feasibility studies, visits to other projects. Researching and developing the scope of works with the management, describing required outcomes and outputs, and design aspirations for the project. Coordinate the Project with internal team & Sub-Contractor with regards to Time schedule, Material specification and quality.

Negotiating final design and technical details: Site supervision of running projects. E-mail coordination and documentation of the project. Coordinate between designs. Procurement, contracts, Estimation till Site Installation. Insure Handover of project within time schedule with control over Quality and cost.

Requirements: Experience: 3 years, Bachelor degree, Holder of Master / Bachelor degree in business management, Strictly with minimum of 2 years GCC Experience in the field of Interior Decoration. Must have knowledge in Microsoft Office with presentation templates. Minimum of communication skill with English (Read, Write & Speak), Hindi (Speak) & Arabic known will be added advantage. Degree Certificate must be attested as per UAE Law. There should not be any issues with the previous or current VISA. Immediate joining preferable or a Must be able join within maximum of 1 month from the date of offer letter or immediate joining preferable.
