Minimum requirements: 2 years sales experience in IT industry, Relevant degree/diploma is preferred, Grade 12 / Matric, Strong administration skills, Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to multitask, Good English communication skills, both written and verbally, Experienced user of MS Office programs like Outlook and Excel
Responsibilities: Promote and drive the sales of company listed products and services, Build and manage relationships with existing client base, Professionally assist and support clients via telephone and email, Support clients with all business processes like quoting, order processing, payments, logistics, updates etc. Work closely with brand managers and supporting staff to generate maximum market growth and problem solving, Attend internal and external training to stay up to date with latest trends and product releases, Assist external and internal team members when needed
Salary Structure: R7 000 – R15 000 basic salary per month (Only suitable candidates will be contacted and shortlisted)
