Sales Manager Age group – 30 years and over, Job Specifications, Main function is to run the branch independently and deliver on all sales targets. Managing the daily running of the call center, effective resource planning and implementing call center strategies and operations; Carrying out needs assessments, performance reviews. Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality; Ensuring all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded; liaising with supervisors, team leaders, operatives and third parties to gather information and resolve issues; Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance; Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying training needs and planning training sessions that the trainer will have to facilitate; Recording statistics, user rates and the performance levels of the center and preparing reports; Organizing staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand; Coaching, motivating and retaining staff and coordinating bonus, reward and incentive schemes; Requirement: Must have grade 12,Must have a minimum of 4 years Call center management experience, Must be computer literate, Must be competent as a manager, honest and reliable, proficient in English-essential writing, reading, speaking.

Qualification – Any qualifications will be seen as advantageous. The incumbent has to have strong leadership and management skills and needs to analytical. Working hours Monday to Friday 7:45 to 17:00pm daily, Saturday 9am to 1pm.

Offering a basic salary of R15000 per month
