Requirements: You must have passed Grade 12 / Matric with Maths Literacy or NFS achievement level 3. Must be able to type quickly and accurately (Speed and accuracy will be tested during interviews). PC literacy is essential

What you’ll be doing if you get the job: Receipt and capture new electronic or paper proposal applications and service requests onto the online system. You’ll have to keep your finger on the pulse of their internal service level agreement to make sure that they achieve the agreed targets and turnaround times. Work closely with the Tele-underwriting team and you may also be involved with the quality assurance of all captured information your colleagues have captured and where necessary, escalating any issues appropriately.

Salary: R4000 - 6000 + Incentives
