Top Plettenberg Bay Hotel & Restaurant is looking for a head chef to join our team. The ideal applicant will have to have a very developed eye, hand and taste for superior quality food and execution. Creation of exiting menus and specific attention to detail is an absolute must.

Requirements: Degree/diploma in hospitality, 3 years experience in senior position, Be able to run 2 kitchens and 12 - 14 staff, Preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes, Ordering and monitoring of supplies, Running a clean hygienic kitchen, Menu design and creation, Food-cost controls & stock control systems. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. (15-19K). Meals a day while on duty. Performance based bonus at year end.
