Civil/Structure Engineer Wanted From the Gulf Region

Description A Design Engineer is being sort to join this civil / structural design practice based in London because of the recent evacuation due to the recent fire. The firm work on a variety of challenging and complex residential and commercial projects, from designing blocks of flats to industrial units, to large infrastructure projects. Projects range from £200k to £20m in value. Initially you will be assisting the commercial and buildings team with project design, and temporary works design. You will gain exposure to all aspects of projects and be exposed to a very varied a structural design work load. You will be given hands on support and assistance from the Directors to develop and progress your career. The practice has further growth plans for the future and you will become a key member of the design team.

You should be qualified with a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, alternatively demonstrate a career path that will have led to this level of experience and a desire to join a small business where you will play an important part, rather than be a tiny cog in a large wheel. Opportunity for fast track promotion and progression will be real here, with client exposure (well supervised!) initially. Experience working in a civil / structural design consultancy with a minimum of three years is desired, but other suitable experience will happily be considered. Candidates looking to relocate to this area will be considered.
