Compliance Auditor, Location, Umhlanga, North Suburbs, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time, Purpose of the role Provide Compliance related Monitoring for the Various areas of the business. Monitor Risk related Activities that impact the business. Manage the financial Services Requirements as laid out by regulatory bodies.

Job Description: Manage and monitor a set of representatives or employees ensuring compliance is met. Coach Representatives Daily / Weekly and Monthly, in line with the relevant governing Acts. Monitor a set of campaigns guided by the legislative requirements including scripting guidance. Perform Call monitoring, Group supervision within the Call Centre Environment according to FAIS requirements. Perform internal Audits on various parts of the Business. Liaise with respective Call Centre Managers and provide recommendation in line with legislative and business requirements. Monitor various Quality Assurance reports ensuring the compliance component meets the business requirements. Guide Team leaders and Campaign Managers along the FAIS supervisory process. Produce feedback and analysis to respective line managers and Call Centre Managers on a monthly basis. Audit Quality assurance by providing insight in regards to supervisory requirements on calls. Mitigate potential risk within respective allocation. Making documentation available for Internal and external Audits. Manage FAIS related escalations and provide feedback to line management. Maintenance of the FSB registers for the business unit. Monitor the business from a Regulatory point of view. Asses, report and manage Risk within the Business unit. Perform 5 stage ERM model

Requirements: FAIS, RE1 Qualification, FAIS recognised qualification, min. 120Credits Compliance

Qualification beneficial: Completed Qualification in Compliance or Management 1 Year Insurance experience. 2 Year Risk and Compliance experience. 1 Operations/Monitoring Experience. 2 year Call centre Experience.
