Responsibilities: Extensive knowledge in joinery and polishing. Ability to plan and organize production schedules. Overseeing Production process. Determining and implementing Quality Control Standards. Handle all production activities, training and manpower. Inventory controls. Liaison with Purchase Manager to ensure sufficient stock of raw materials available for production. Ensuring smooth in and out flow of raw materials and finish goods. Ensuring production is cost effective by implementing best-costing methods with coordination of finance dept. Ensures that health and safety guidelines are followed. Reviewing workers performances and report performance to Human Resources Dept.
