Call Centre Agents needed for an American Outbound Lead Generating Campaign Location, Other, Northern Suburbs, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time. We are hiring outbound lead generating agents for an American campaign. Mango 5 Cape Town branch is looking for well spoken, experienced and vibrant individuals to service one of our most successful and growing International campaigns.

Essential Requirements: Profound command of the English Language (must have a neutral accent). Excellent articulation, pronunciation and grammar. Matric (National Senior Certificate). Criminal Clear. Experience Required: Call Centre (inbound / outbound), face to face customer services. Previous International Call Centre experience would be highly advantageous. Passionate about interacting with International clients. Flexible and adaptable to our working hours. Persuasive skills. High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Operational Working Hours: Rotational Mon - Sun Shifts, 2 days off - starts at either 15:00 PM or 18:00 PM and end at 01:00 AM or 03:00 AM

Transport: Free Transport will be provided at the end of your shift to your home

Salary: Basic Salary R6000, Attendance Bonus of R1000, Commission + incentives,
