Require intermediate to senior technician / system administrator responsible for: maintaining on-site Windows and Linux (mostly Ubuntu) servers creating and supporting Windows domain users setting up and maintaining Windows PCs on Windows domain network technical hardware support (my PC doesn’t boot, my mouse isn’t working, I’m getting blue screens) PC software support (my Outlook PST is corrupt, I need to install FileZilla) Bacula tape backups to be run daily to existing schedule. Call centre Windows PCs to be maintained, supported, new PCs to be setup. AWS EC2 Linux servers to be maintained and users to be setup. Basic mail server support. Hardware store to be maintained and know where everything is Interact directly with users. Report to infrastructure manager
