Our client in the Retail Industry is seeking a self-driven, dedicated Retail Administration Clerk to effectively manage stock, merchandising, point of sale material, assets, customer service, cash, procedures and staff.
Minimum Requirements: Matric/Senior Certificate, Advance skilled at Microsoft Excel and Outlook, Fluent in English – Read, Speak and Write, Previous Experience in FMCG environment, Ability to work Retail Hours, Valid Driver’s License and own transport. Must be able to work under pressure. Ability to Manage Staff
The suitable Candidate must be: Well Presented, neat and organized, Able to Manage conflict situations, Excellent problem-solving skills, Ability to use initiative
In addition, the Candidate will be responsible for: Achieving Sales Targets, Adhering to Merchandising Standards, Ensuring proper stock management and control, to minimise loss and ensure good product availability, Ensure Correct pricing is maintained and all merchandise is in-code and saleable. Maintain high standard of Store image, Deliver excellent customer service, Build and maintain relationships with our Suppliers, Manage staff effectively. Inspire, motivate and develop your staff compliment to drive sales and excellent work performance, Maintain work procedures and hold staff accountable should standards not be met, Submissions of reports timerously and accurately.
