Job Description: for hotel, days weekends, and holidays. Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations & room assignments. Register arriving guests and assign rooms. Answer enquiries regarding hotel services. Arrange service required for guests with special needs, Secure guest\' valuables, Process wake-up calls, Investigate and resolve complaints and claims.
Requirements: Completion of High School, Will train, has good communication skills, Basic Knowledge in computer and other office equipment, work under pressure and a good team player.
