Requirements: Matric, Financial service or any debt review back ground ( advantageous), Fluent English, Additional Language (advantageous), Supporting consumers and conducting financial assessments and budget reviews. Clear understanding of debt management processes. Identifying key components of over indebted consumers. Ability to multitask and utilize CRM system to accurately capture customer’s data.
Personal Skills / Attributes: Demonstrate the ability to meet and exceed determined sales targets. Ability to build strong client relationships telephonically, Very strong sales and persuasion skills, Strong and flexible personality, Excellent client service skills, Excellent verbal communication skills, Excellent listening skills, Excellent problem solving and objection handling skills. A high level of accuracy and the ability to go over and beyond to succeed.
Salary: 5500+1000, performance/Attendance bonus, Qualified Debt Counselor up to R10 000 + 1000 performance/Attendance bonus (On Target earnings of up to R25000), Hours: 09:00-19:00, Alternate Saturdays, Transport unfortunately will not be provided via the company – currently there are lift clubs with other employees.
