Centre Cook - Northern Cross

 
Job Duties:

• Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and within the correct time frame
• Ensure excellent food hygiene is practiced at all times throughout the kitchen
• Ensure HACCP compliance within the kitchen
 
Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Chef/Cook in a similar role
• Have knowledge of and training in HACCP with very high standards in cleanliness and food hygiene
• Excellent team player
• Highly organised with an excellent attention to detail
• Qualifications Preferred but not essential
 
Full Driving Licence Required.
 
Hours of work:

32.5hrs per week - Monday - Friday- 9.00am -4.00pm
