Main Job Functions: Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening. Identify customer’s needs, clarify information and provide opportunities based on client’s requirements. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. Enter new customer information into system. Identify and overcome objections. Maintain potential customer data bases/pipeline. Liaising with Directors/owners of medium to large sized businesses.

Education & Experience: Matric, proficient in relevant computer, applications and call centre systems, good typing skills knowledge of sales principles and methods required language skills
