KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond for all incoming inquiries and concerns via phone, e-mail, remote support, and tickets.
Prioritize numerous issues of varying severity and resolve them within accepted service levels
Configuration of network hardware for customer deployments (using pre-defined scripts)
Research and evaluate current and proposed hardware configurations
Manage relationships with all major Canadian carriers to resolve connectivity related issues
Escalate potential product/system issues and customer inquiries to Technical Services Management for expedient resolution
Promote and recommend the company’s exceptional products and services.
Work with management and operations teams on special projects when required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent command of English and French (aural, written, reading)
Passion for technology with a desire to provide exceptional customer service
Outstanding analytical skills, using logic to break down complex issues
Strong knowledge of Windows 2000/XP/Vista/Windows 7
Working knowledge of Windows 8
Basic knowledge of MAC OSX and Microsoft Server
Strong knowledge of the Internet and related protocol
Post-secondary degree or equivalent in Computer Science is an asset
