Hedge Fund accountant ( 2 years experience) Up to 40K

The Role
The successful candidate will report to the Fund Accounting Supervisor and will play a key role in the
9-person Finance and Back Office team.
Duties of the role will include:
• Managing the morning file download interface, review of rates of return for the appointed
trading firms and generation of reports for analysis by the Risk & Research team.
• Analysis of automated trade reconciliations between Abbey Capital’s systems and broker &
administrator trade files.
• Liaison with trading firms globally, brokers & the Fund’s administrator to resolve position or
market-value breaks.
• Preparation of daily bank recs for the Funds’ subscription accounts.
• Various ad-hoc tasks and project work.
The Qualifications
The successful candidate should have as a minimum an honours degree in finance or a related
discipline.
You will also have c. 2 year’s relevant work experience.
