Essential Requirements: Excellent Health, Mikrotik Knowledge, Valid SA drivers licence, Previous experience with installations, running cable etc. CompTIA N+ and A+ Ability to Multi-task and work independently and handle a high pressure environment, Excellent English language communication skills (Verbal and written), Must have a positive and consultative attitude and customer service oriented, Experience with networks (specifically TCP/IP configurations, remote troubleshooting and network connectivity). Ability to read instructions and follow processes

Key Responsibilities and Accountability: Documentation of our hotspot network. Maximise hotspot uptime. Ensure quality of installation and documentation thereof (network diagrams, pictures, etc.) Documentation of technical processes. Installations and call outs (e.g. jobcards). Authorization processes (e.g. hotspot discontinue or upgrades). Stock process. Stock levels. Installation. Call outs.
