Person of integrity, admin and sales Urgent, Location, Claremont & Newlands, Southern Suburbs, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time. We are a busy company based in Claremont providing a warm environment for the right person. We are looking for a someone to assist one of our excellent account executives with her work.

The job involves the following; setting up at least 10 quotes a day, assisting the account executives to get the orders, running with the production of the orders from start to finish, dealing with clients, suppliers, designers and couriers, by email and also telephonically.

You need to have integrity, honesty, have strength of character and an ability to follow instructions. You need to be organised, efficient and someone who loves to help. Our office is extremely busy from 08h00 to 17h00 Monday to Friday. So you will be non stop busy. The environment is timeline driven so it can be very pressured, so you need to be able to work under pressure and see the solutions where necessary. We are looking for someone with a positive outlook.
