Call Center Agent Required - Dubai
Main Duties: Handle customer inquiries via calls and emails in a 24/7 Environment. Manage and resolve customer complaints. Provide customers with product and service information. Enter new customer information into system. Update existing customer information. Identify and escalate priority issues. Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Must be willing to work in Shifts. Must have Minimum 1 year of call center experience. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections. Must possess professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone. Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
