Cosmetics Sales Assistant - 5 days per week

We are looking to recruit a full time ( 5 days per week) Cosmetic Sales Assistant to for a large make up and skincare brand in Dublin Airport. You must be available to work from 5am in line with airport opening hours and all candidates must be fully flexible to work any day from Monday to Sunday. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year’s cosmetics retail experience, be outgoing, enthusiastic with a passion for cosmetics and sales. This is a target driven role and you are expected to be as pro-active as possible to ensure sales targets are reached.

The ideal candidate will be

Extremely well groomed
Confident with the ability to traffic stop to achieve sales 
Proactive and passionate about beauty and sales 
Flexible to the client’s needs 
Sales and target driven 
Excellent communicaton and customer service skills
Experienced in beauty and sales

Tasks include

Sales Promotion 
Traffic stopping prospect customers 
Establishing the needs of the customer 
Explaining the feature/benefits of the products 
Merchandising 
Stock control 
Housekeeping 
Sales Reporting
