Job Description: Assistance of sales manager to get the sales inquiry, send the quote, payment follow-up, preparing sales invoices and etc. Assistance of office administrator for product/service inquiry, Prepare the LPO and etc. Controlling of the materials in the warehouse for the receipt and issue of materials. Managing and solving issues of company’s printer, Computer, Telephone, Fax, Accounting & other Software’s and etc.
