Construction site superintendent
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift, Weekend, Day, Evening
Salary: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 Yearly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Moncton, New Brunswick (1 vacancy)
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): First Aid Certificate, Driver\'s License
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Type of Establishment/Work Setting Experience: Residential construction, Commercial construction
Human Resources Responsibility: 1 - 20
Budgetary Responsibility: $1,500,001 - $4,000,000
Specific Skills: Plan, organize, direct and control daily operations, Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress, Select trade subcontractors and co-ordinate their activities, Develop and implement quality control programs
Additional Skills: Recruit, hire and supervise staff
Security and Safety: Criminal record check
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
Work Site Environment: Outdoors
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver\'s licence
Ability to Supervise: 20 people or less
Languages: English
