Aftercare caretaker required. Location Durbanville, Northern Suburbs, Advertised By Private, Job Type Part-Time. An aftercare facility in Durbanville is seeking to employ a young lady to look after 7 children in the afternoon.

Duties: To serve the food (food will be provided by the owner of the aftercare). To ensure the space where the children play is clean and tidy afterwards. To make sure their bags are neatly packed. To look after the physical and emotional well-being of the children.

Requirements when applying for the job: Matric. Previous experience in working with children (experience with children with ADHD will be beneficial). Contactable references. Very reliable with reliable transport. Fluent in Afrikaans and English. Christian. Non-smoker. Clear criminal record. A passion for children is essential. You will be required to sign a contract when accepting the position.

Working hours: Working hours may change from day-to-day as the need arises. Monday: 14:00 - 16:30, Tuesday: 14:00 - 16:00, Wednesday: 14:00 - 18:00, Thursday: 14:00 - 16:30, Friday: 13:00 - 16:00 (sometimes until everyone has been picked up.)

Salary: R40 per hour. This position is ideal for someone who is still studying towards their degree and have some free time available.
