Responsibilities: Upselling to current clients, Promotion selling, Meeting targets, Complete customer order requests and process orders, Payment collection, Maintain current customer profile, Process claims for damaged bags,
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years in a customer service role, Minimum 2 years experience in sales, Call centre experience is preferred, Strong communication skills, CRM software is an asset, Knowledge of pet food nutrition is an asset, Day Shift, Monday to Friday, $38000-40000, depending on experience
