Wireless Technician Location, Jeffreys Bay, Eastern Cape, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time

True Technologies is an established Wireless Internet service provider in Jeffreys Bay and surrounding area and we require a motivated wireless technician to join our True Team

Salary: Negotiable from R7500, depending on experience and/or qualifications

Who are we looking for: Candidate needs to be presentable and willing to work outdoors. Must be medically fit with no allergies etc. He also needs to be able to work under pressure, work neat and complete work within given time frames. He must be a good team player and assist colleagues where possible. Professional conduct with a strong focus on service delivery and excellent work ethics. The candidate must be able to work weekends and/or evening work/standby.

Some of the Duties include: Installation of client wireless CPE equipment – Ubiquiti & Mikrotik, Install network cabling, wireless router and additional access points, VOIP phones, Trouble shooting of client installations, signal problems, and general networking issues. Telephonic support

Requirements: Fully bilingual (Afr & Eng), Possess a valid driver’s license, Previous experience in installing wireless equipment and Network data cabling, Good understanding / knowledge of networking, experience with routing, sub netting, firewalls etc, Work at Height and Fall & Rescue qualifications advantageous, Networking qualifications / certificates (CCNA, MTCINE, JNCIA etc.) would be an advantage.
