We are currently looking for Account Managers and Business Development Managers in the Health Care Industry.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    Identifying and contacting new client opportunities
    Developing client relationships
    Dealing with clients candidate requirements.
    Resourcing candidates
    Matching suitable candidates to client’s needs.
    Interviewing and conducting evaluations of candidates over the phone.
    Negotiation of rates
Job Requirements:
    Outstanding attention to detail
    Superior prioritization and time management abilities
    Exceptional managerial skills
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    Articulate with an analytical and methodical approach.
    Motivated and results-driven.
    Ability to multi-task and work under pressure while maintaining complete organization.
