The Rawson Property Group is a leading national property brand, with a dynamic and successful Commercial Property division. We are looking for the right Commercial & Industrial Property Brokers to work with us within the Western Cape.

Minimum Requirements: Self-starter and a willingness to learn, Must be determined, ambitious, motivated, well-spoken and well-presented. Senior Certificate - Grade 12, Tertiary qualification and previous sales experience is an advantage, but not essential, Own car and a valid driver’s licence, Laptop and cellphone

The successful candidate will form part of our dynamic team of Commercial Property Brokers and be allowed to sell and let all types of commercial and industrial properties within their respective territories. In addition, our Auction & Residential divisions will also be available on a referral basis, for the applicant to extend their boundaries of influence and networking.

The position is commission-based and successful brokers can expect to earn well in excess of R40,000 per month, once established in the industry, with still further earning potential.

Whether the successful applicant brings with him or her an existing network of commercial properties and investors, or whether they are new in the field with great prospects of success in this dynamic environment, Rawson Commercial will provide the required training in order to: Sell & rent out various types of commercial & industrial properties, Meet with potential sellers and provide them with a market-related property analysis, Photograph commercial properties, Design, word and place various advertisements, Match buyers with compatible properties for sale, Arrange property viewings with potential buyers and liaising with sellers, Explain, assist and negotiate dealings between buyers and sellers, Qualify and screen potential buyers, Provide professional after sales service, including regular updates to clients
