Gauteng Johannesburg Jobs in Other Key Account Manager (JHB). Our client was founded 13 years ago and is a quirky, creative and cutting-edge company that does Corporate & Promotional Gifts, Branding and Printing. They are based in Joburg and Cape Town with an overall staff count of about 60 people.
They are currently looking for a vibrant, driven and ambitious Account Manager to join their tight-knit team in Joburg.
JOB SUMMARY: Identify potential clients through lead generation and schedule meetings to convert sale. Create a sales strategy for each new client, detailing how client needs identified will be met + execute plan. Manage accounts through thorough, appropriate and timeous communication + relationship building. Liaise between the various departments (sales / stores / production / suppliers / dispatch/ accounts / admin) to ensure orders are processed timeously and efficiently. After sales customer care and get feedback on product and service. Attend monthly sales meetings + performance reviews
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 2-3 years experience in a sales / account management role in the same industry. Competent in ASANA, Apollo, Evolution, Pastel, Google Apps and Prosperworks preferred.
