WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: Good command of the English language with a neutral accent. Minimum grade 11. Atleast 6+ months customer service and collections experience. Clear Credit and Criminal Record. Basic PC skills. Basic numeracy and literacy skills. Negotiation/persuasion and objection- handling skills. An understanding of the UK market is advantageous. Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays. Able to start immediately
