Our client seeks to employ a Digital Production and Content Assistant to work a maternity cover, based in Jhb. The individual seeks will be required to fulfil a 4 month maternity contract

Responsibilities: Processing of PDF brochures (this including OCR, Meta tagging, optimising and personalising). Sending out proof prints to existing clients, minimum of 2 proofs per year. Specifile online and newspaper campaign selling and sending out mailshots. Sales reports. Conversion of existing advertisers on specifile to new format. Product pages - collection of material, layout, approval. Updating content management system for specifile online and industrial buyer. Filing. General assistant to digital production manager

Requirements: Digital Marketing graduate. One years' experience or previous intern previous. Excellent command of English. Broad general knowledge. Eye for aesthetics (layout, pic quality, etc). Fast learner
