Description Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience as Procurement Engineer.

Duties & Responsibilities: Studying the complete scope, terms and conditions of project after award of project. Floating RFQ’s to all suppliers based on BOQ’s, specifications and drawings from design department. Ensure selection of qualified subcontractors that perform jobs according to schedule and specifications. Receiving the Purchase Requisition from site with authorized signatory. Sending enquiry to the respective suppliers. Receiving, analyzing quotations, comprised prices and identifying the right vendor with quality product. Negotiating, Finalizing the supplier based on Quality, Price, Delivery terms and Payment terms. Preparing PO through purchase software. Introducing New Vendors and preparing vendor database & arranging registration for the materials and services. Monitoring of the Document control and expediting activities concerning the above purchasing documents. Coordinating with Vendors for prompt delivery. Coordinating with A/C Dept. for Payment Process. Maintaining and updating supplier database, delivery status, and purchase order list.
