Requirements: B.Ed/PGcE or similar, with elementary training and experience in the 6-12 Montessori environment. Exposure to pre-primary (training and/or experience) will be an advantage. Solid classroom management and observation skills; annual, termly and weekly lesson planning, record keeping capabilities, differentiated presenting practices etc. Good communication skills with students, parents and staff. Ability and commitment to work collaboratively within a team, contribute to our ongoing alignment with the SAMA/AMI curriculum, and nurturing the highest quality Montessori approach.
