We are in need of foreman/site managers for a growing construction company! The appointment is permanent and NOT on a contractual basis! Must have minimum of 10 years experience in residential construction! Must have good knowledge of and experience with concrete works, form work, interpreting drawings, setting out, dumpy level, and all other required skills to construct high end residential structures! Must have a valid drivers Licence, be of sober habits and VERY reliable!!! a MINIMUM of 3 contactable references is a MUST! (A first name and mobile number is not considered a contactable reference!)

Applicants MUST RESIDE in the Cape Town area!!! (The position requires that site managers and foreman meet early in the morning on week days, near our Somerset West head office to travel to various sites from this location!)
